U.P.S.F. (Universal Proutist Students Federation) aims to unite all the moralist students of the world. The main goal of U.P.S.F. is to promote and achieve a free quality education from primary school to university. For each student there should be a guaranteed job after finishing their studies according to their specific education. Education should be independent from politics and it should be controlled by boards composed by educationalists. The local language and the prevalent lingua franca should be adopted as media of education in order to preserve the local culture of each student and connect them with the world's ongoing development. Students should have access to free books and educational materials in such a way that they can fully concentrate on their studies. PROUT (Progressive Utilization Theory) is a socio-economic theory based on spirituality. Proutist Universal is a socio-cultural non-profit and non-governmental organization founded in 1959 in India. It has chapters all-over the world, which in U.S.A. include Washington DC, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York.

These educated people deprive so-called illiterates of their rights, human dignity and self-respect, and thereby develop a sense of superiority.
